Our ethos is to create magic by transforming our clients’ homes into beautiful, functional and timeless spaces. We have a three phased process that underpins the successful delivery of our projects.
This phase kicks off with a brief 15 mins zoom call with our client.
We follow up with a detailed on site consultation. This is a two-hour meeting to explore the client’s needs, aspirations, lifestyle, budget, and required timescale. We also discuss the size, condition of the property and any potential risks or issues that may be encountered during the process.
This briefing stage is key to the successful delivery of our project, geared towards ensuring that the interiors are a true reflection of our client’s requirements and aspirations.
Following this meeting, our clients will receive a design report with scaled floor plan drawings illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and our fee proposal.
Once the client has approved the design report and has commissioned the project, we will kick start the design stage.
During this phase, we will produce additional technical drawings illustrating any required structural changes and proposed furniture layouts, mood boards with sourced furniture from our network of suppliers as well as any bespoke joinery drawings. Final designs will be shared with the client. We also curate fit for purpose accessories, fixtures and fittings.
At this stage, we will present itemised costs as per the client’s pre- agreed budget during the discovery stage.
Feedback from the client is required at this stage to ensure we are on the right path as we move on to procurement and execute stage.
This is where you will see your design scheme come to life. Our team will oversee your installation from start to finish, ensuring that it follows the pre-agreed schedule of works.
